A lot of junk jobs start with something that's still standing: a leaning shed, a deck past its life, a fence that blew over in the wind. We take it apart, load it, and haul it in the same visit.
We handle light residential demolition — the kind of work that needs tools, a trailer, and someone who knows where to cut, not a permit office and a crane. For anything structural or attached to your home's framing, we'll tell you straight if it's outside what we do.
Debris gets sorted as we go. Clean wood, metal, and concrete each go to the right place.

We carry it out, load it, sweep up, and haul it off. Usable stuff goes to donation first.
Demolition questions
Do I need a permit?+
For a shed, deck or fence, usually not, but it depends on your city and what's attached to it. We'll tell you what we know and help you check.
Is the debris included in the price?+
Yes. The quote covers taking it down and hauling it away. No separate dump fee surprise.
Can you disconnect power or water first?+
Anything electrical or plumbed should be disconnected by a licensed electrician or plumber before we start. We'll work around their schedule.
How much mess is left?+
Very little. We rake and sweep the area when we're done.
