If you're helping a family member through a hoarding situation, or facing one yourself, the hardest part is usually making the first call. So here's what happens after you do.
We come look, quietly, and talk through what you want the end result to be. Then we work through it with you — keep, donate, haul — one area at a time. Nobody gets rushed and nothing important gets thrown away by accident.
Tommy's a people person first. Customers tell us the thing they remember most isn't the hauling, it's that he was easy to be around on a difficult day.

We carry it out, load it, sweep up, and haul it off. Usable stuff goes to donation first.

Will you judge the situation?+
No. We've seen a lot and none of it changes how we treat people. You'll get the same respect as any other customer.
Does it all have to happen in one day?+
No. Some people prefer one big push, others want a few shorter visits. Either works.
What if we find something important?+
We stop and hand it to you. Cash, jewelry, paperwork, photos — it all gets set aside, not loaded.
Can you help a relative who isn't ready yet?+
We can start with a conversation and a look at the space, with no pressure to book. Sometimes that's the right first step.
