2. Quotes and services

A quote is an estimate based on what you tell and show us. The final price can change if the job differs materially from what was described. Services are subject to our availability and to reasonable access to the property. Nothing on this site creates a contract until we confirm a booking with you.

3. Text messaging terms

Program description. When you opt in, Man of Steel Junk Removal sends text messages related to your request and job: quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, on-the-way and completion updates, invoices and receipts, and a post-job request for feedback or a review.

Frequency. Message frequency varies with your job. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details of your plan.

Consent. You consent by checking the box on our forms next to the disclosure quoted in our Privacy Policy, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages may be sent using an automated system; standard rates from your carrier apply.
