We carry it out, load it, sweep up, and haul it off. Usable stuff goes to donation first.
How pricing works
Junk removal is priced by volume: how much space your stuff takes up in the trailer. A single couch is a small load. A full garage is a big one. That's why a photo gets you an accurate price so fast — we can see it.
A few things can change the number: very heavy material like dirt or concrete, a long carry from the back of a property, or demolition work before the hauling starts. We'll tell you about those up front, not at the end.
Dump fees, labor, and the drive are all included. The price you hear is the price you pay.

Donate and recycle first
Anything usable goes to donation. Metal and appliances get recycled. Landfill is the last resort, not the first.

Do you charge for an estimate?+
No. A photo estimate is free and so is an in-person look, which we'll do within 48 hours of you asking.
Is there a minimum?+
We'll come for a single item. The price reflects that it's a small job.
How do I pay?+
When the job's done and you're happy with it. We'll go over payment options when we confirm your time.
Can I get a price over the phone without a photo?+
We can give you a range. A photo gets you an exact number.
